The Orioles are coming

All in their orange and black

The honey bees are humming

It’s great to have spring back

Hello!

I need to explain about my Produce Hut by Fleet Farm near Carver (Hwy 212). This will be store #2. I will also be open At The Farm in Waconia.

When coming from the East to my Farm, turn right at the Dairy Queen in Victoria, that’s County Road 11. Take that to Hwy 7 round-about, then left to St Bonifacius to the stop and go lights. Left onto County Road 92 to Hwy 5. Left on Hwy 5 to my Farm. This detour will start June 1. See map on my home page.

Antiques Loft TablesMay 9th

I will have an Antique Sale in my loft and 3 sheds. There is no Junk Market this year because of the road, was to be closed. They now changed it’s closing to June 1. That’s better.

The soil is working up great. It’s a pleasure to have a great spring for planting. You can plant your cold crops now – Potatoes, Onions, Lettuce, Radishes, Peas, Beets, Carrots, Spinach and Kale.

Warm weather crops plant mid-May – Beans, Cucumbers, Corn, Herbs, Zucchini, Winter Squash, Pumpkins, Tomatoes, Ground Cherries and Peppers.
