Mums and PumpkinsThe Corn Stalks are Turning Golden
Fall is in the air
The Fields will soon be Turned Over
Awaiting the Winter’s Flair

Hello!

The season is marching on. Sometimes I wonder where the time goes. The weather is great. So fun to drive around the fields to enjoy the view.

The kittens are now teenagers. They are a joy. I have 4 of them. I have 2 chicks and a mother hen. They are fun to watch.

The onions and shallots are dug and drying. It was a good season. Potatoes are also dug but had a lot that did not make it, too wet. I’ll plant them in a different field next year.

At the Farm 2We are starting to cut broom corn for decorating your Welcome Door. Also corn shucks soon. Fall is a pretty season but not my favorite. I hate when the season is done.

I needed to rethink my Produce Hut by Fleet Farm. I’ll be open in September. Hwy 5 did not open as planned. Now it will be in October. the Produce Hut is open Wed-Sat 11-5 unless I run out of food.

We will have winter squash when its ready, Minnesota Grown apples, corn until mid-September. Onions, peppers, tomatoes, honey from my farm, maple syrup from Lake Waconia and local potatoes.

Come see us!
