Canning Advice

Remember when grandmas, great-aunts, moms or aunts would “put up” fruits and vegetables for winter?  In the middle of winter there is nothing better than that home canned or home frozen summer fresh taste!  I can give you advice for canning fruits and vegetables or freezing corn.

And then there are also salsas, pickles, relishes, jams and jellies!  I will advise you on the equipment you need and the processes.

BUT I WON’T SHARE MY RECIPES!  Recipes are available in abundance on the internet and in cook books.
