June 5 Newsletter
June is busting out all over!
Hello!
This is a great month. It’s a blessing to live in the country. Mother Nature is busy with beauty all over.
Vegetable fields are looking great, they just smile.
The Peppers will go in this week. The Tomatoes are all planted. Lettuce will be planted again. Beans and other warm crops can be planted now. Peas are starting to climb.
Rhubarb is robust. Be sure to pull it when you harvest, do not cut. Stop picking the 4th of July. It is not good for the plant. Needs to regroup for next year.
Do you get my Instagram? That is a fabulous way to tell you what I do. Can’t believe this, there are 271 followers on it now. Thanks to all who look at it and learn. Here’s the link to follow me. https://www.instagram.com/p/CAfjF4ogsPy/
What’s new at The Farm? I have produce in the store, great selection of Tomato and Pepper Plants to choose from. Herbs are great, but no Rosemary. I have Dill seed but no plants, Cilantro, but no plants (I never have that plant), Basil, Parsley, and Mint did not want to sprout. Have pretty Hanging Baskets for you to enjoy. Some potted flowers. It is a great planting season.
