May 14 Newsletter
Come see us! Open 10AM-4PM Mon-Sat At The Farm, weather permitting.
Hello!
We have nothing in the field planted. When I was young, we never planted until May 30 or 31. We had bad soil anyway. You all have plenty of time to plant. When the soil is warm it grows better. Remember to squeeze a handful of soil. If it stays in a ball, stay out of the garden. The soil should crumble. Also it is soil, not dirt. You plant in soil and dirt is under the bed.
It has been a challenge to be open with the bad weather. Maybe call me to make sure I’m open, thanks. 952-442-4816.
