The Gardens are a joy for walking
Hooray the fields are not wet

Hello!
The summer is bright and moving on, where does the time go?

Tomatoes are finally getting ripe, the rain has been hard on some produce. The Bib Lettuce likes the cool nights. It really has been a great season for that. The Cabbage likes this weather also. I grow a great variety, so sweet. The stone head all garden centers sell for plants isn’t my cup of tea.

The tall Zinnia flowers and garden statue are now blooming, so pretty to cut. If you have trouble growing Zinnia that mold, try a different one, its Benarys, I have grown that one for years.

The Canning Tomatoes are ready. Call to order or stop in. Great for salsa, stew Tomatoes, Tomato Juice or whatever you can.

The Coffee Shack is on a rest. I am no longer having it open each week, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. I need to re-invent that! I’ll do only reserve groups 8-12 people, coffee or lunch. The lunch is a croissant ham sandwich. There will be plates to pass with Organic Lettuce, Organic Cucumber, Organic Candy Onions, Heirloom or Slicing Tomatoes, Cole Slaw (my Cabbage), Dessert, Coffee, Water $15.00. I need payment in advance, no refund.

I’m still looking for a Baker. Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings.
