No Shadow for the Ground Hog
Spring is on its way
Sun, Rain, no Wind of Fog
And I look forward to May
Hello!
I had the thrill of a lifetime. I talk about my friend, Harvey MacKay. He has just released his new book You Haven’t Hit Your Peak Yet. He had a book signing January 28th at Barnes and Noble. He called me to tell me about this and wondered if I could come. He said I want a photo with you and the book. It happened but the book didn’t get in the photo, that was ok. I haven’t seen him for a while. He came to my Farm a few years ago to interview me for his column in the Star Tribune newspaper. This is his 8th book he has written. Has two on the Best Seller list. Swim with the Sharks is his first one and best seller. Read more about Harvey on his website: https://harveymackay.com
I got to meet his staff, I have visited with them on the phone. He gave away his book to all of us. I’m not a book reader just to read. I read to learn. I can hardly put the book down. There is so much to learn. It’s a shot in the arm for the winter season.
Did you watch the State of the Union on Tuesday evening by Trump? Thanks to Nancy Pelosi at the end. It will help Trump.
Glad the Kansas City Chiefs won. What a fabulous Quarterback at 24 years old. I’m like Harvey, I haven’t reached my Peak yet.
There isn’t a lot to tell you about planting. Don’t start your Tomatoes or Flower Plan Seeds yet. I know some people start their Seed Geranium now. We start Pepper plants the first week in March. The Tomatoes on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th.
On Tuesday I had a root canal. The bill almost gave me a heart attack, but I’m fine.
It’s time to get my ducks in a row for the day. (I always write early morning. I’m the best then.)
