At the Farm Waconia MN

The Rhubarb is sleeping
When will it wake up?
My passion I am keeping
So I’ll have another cup
(coffee that is)

Hello! The birds have been busy this winter. The Cardinals in the evergreens are so beautiful. As Jim Gilbert says, one season slips into another. I hope it hurries up. I think it’s stuck somewhere.

The seeds keep finding my Farm and that’s wonderful.
I hope to open April 8th, weather permitting. We have a late Easter this year so I hope it’s nice by then.

I’m a CSA (Consumer Supported Agriculture) pick-up for fabulous fresh produce. The farmer that does this is great. There will be an order form on my website for people to sign up. The pickup day is Tuesday. There are 1/2 boxes or full boxes. The boxes will be in my Side Shack alongside my Barn.

Sister Saturday Waconia

The Sister Saturday Event May 11, 2019 is taking shape. I will launch my Coffee Shack with a Charity Tip Jar for the Veterans Carver County Memorial Park in Mayer, MN. There will be a program at 11am. I have people helping me to invite Veterans and introduce them. I have Traveled Ground band for music. Hope to have a V.I.P. to attend also. That’s a lot of hoops to jump through. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. The event will go on whether I get the V.I.P. or not.

The Barn will be open for wonderful food. Seeds for your Vegetable Garden, Jams, Jellies and Cookies, etc.

Are you an Artist? I’m looking for artwork to display in the Coffee Shack, there is no fee. I would like you to donate 1 day to work the Coffee Shack and give the Tip Jar something if you have a sale of your work.

I’m out of brainstorms for the letter. I’ll write again soon.
